JEBCO Group, Inc. was founded in 1923 by John E. Blomquist, Sr. and was originally known as John E. Blomquist Company.  For many years the company operated as a full service real estate firm offering real estate brokerage services, property management, mortgage financing, insurance, appraisals and other services.

Since the 1970's, JEBCO has focused on the development, ownership and management of real estate for the account of JEBCO and related entities, and the acquisition and origination of Mortgages and Contracts for Deed.

JEBCO is originating mortgages on commercial and investment properties in situations where institutional financing is not currently available because of special circumstances, but where the underlying real estate provides sufficient collateral for a short term "asset based" loan.
